Company Overview
VariProd is based on the South Shore of Montreal, approximately 20 minutes from the city. Our operations include a machine shop that has been active for over 10 years and a growing industrial supply division focused on competitive sourcing and project support.
We combine hands-on machining experience with structured supply operations, allowing us to support both custom manufacturing and industrial equipment requirements under one operation.
Our Structure
VariProd is operated by two principals with complementary roles:

• Product expertise, technical review, and operational execution
